Publications

Scientific and legal publications at the intersection of computer science, IT law and project practice.

Projective Expert Group and its Managing Director PD Dr. Frank Sarre have been regularly publishing scholarly and specialist legal treatises, standard reference works and practical guidance for over 35 years. With more than 50 published works, our publications bridge technical computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity and the legal frameworks governing complex IT ventures.
